It is really very simple – we hand rear the best possible heritage livestock on a small scale farm, supplying quality meat to our family restaurants and to individuals for home consumption.

Our cows, sheep and pigs are all free range and naturally raised to provide the best quality, flavoursome and sustainable product.

Gregory Gladwin was born to be a farmer – he knows his animals by name and lovingly cares for them, running his farm with dedication and an understanding of working within nature.

His brothers, Richard and Oliver, use the meat in their unique “local and wild” London restaurants but we also provide a range of ready butchered joints and cuts to private customers through our online shop.
