FAMILY VENTURES
Alongside the farm, Gregory is also involved with his family’s other business ventures, which includes running his parents vineyard, as well as supporting his brothers with their four London restaurants.
THE VINEYARD
The Gladwin family run Nutbourne Vineyards in West Sussex, producing award winning still and sparkling wines. This is on a boutique scale (approx. 50,000 bottles per year) only using grapes grown on the estate, and every part of the winemaking process is carried out in the onsite winery and cellar. The vineyard is open to visitors throughout the summer months and Gregory’s farm meats are available from the cellar door.
GLADWIN BROTHERS’ RESTAURANTS
The Gladwin Brothers London restaurants include The Shed in Notting Hill; Rabbit in Kings Road Chelsea; Nutbourne in Battersea; and most recently, Sussex in Soho. They all use the farm’s meats, wine from the vineyard and other local produce from neighbouring farmers to offer wonderful “local and wild” menus.
